ALLY SMITH

COLIN MCGREGOR
Colin first started training in Riccarton community centre in 2010 on a wooden floor . Colin was a bit heavier and was always happy to jump in and spar with the fighters often to his detriment back then , this however helped mold Colin into the fighter / instructor that he is today. With a dedicated diet and hard training schedule he stepped into the ring 9 month after his first training session going from 90 plus kg down to 68kg he had his first C class fight, winning by stoppage then shortly after on his second outing he reached the final of a tournament amongst fighters with much more experience than himself..he went on to win the stba Scottish 66kg title by ko in 2016…He has a total of 14 pro fights with 9wins and 5 losses fighting some of the best in the country…Colin’s class is thai style and he likes his cheeky elbows.

IAN CLARK
When Ian first started Muay Thai it was due to his two kids Lily and Harvey joining our junior classes .
Ian was very nervous and apprehensive about trying a class as he was overweight and a Heavy smoker at the time and hadn’t done much exercise in a good while .
In the past 10 years since he started with Kamma , Ian had changed his lifestyle dramatically becoming fitter & happier than he ever was, all through the focus of Muay Thai & Gym environment and having a great team behind him and till this day he still classes his teammates as family .
Only last year at an age of 43 Ian decided he wanted to challenge himself with one last fight & entered himself the World Muay Thai championships in Great Yarmouth & walked away with the <86kg Gold medal & world championship title after defeating a lad from Brazil 14 years his younger in the final & that same lad has now went on to fighting on RWS
10 years passed now & taking a role on the coaching team he is an integral part of the team his classes focus on technique mixed in with high intensity exercise which he can split his time between Beginners & active fighters .
